Please do not email us to start a return or exchange. Our self-service portal gives you immediate access to all available options.
All you need is your 6-digit order number and the email address used at checkout.


✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free from visible wear or alterations

Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are eligible for store credit only.
⚠️ Do not return any item without using the portal and receiving approval first.

    • Fastest and most convenient resolution

  2. Return the Item – Receive 15% Bonus Store Credit

    • Ship the item back

    • Get 100% of your purchase + 15% bonus as a store credit

    • Ideal if you're planning to shop with us again

  3. Return the Item – Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Ship the item back

    • 15% restocking fee applies (you receive 85% refund)

    • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Our upgraded portal now allows you to exchange your product instantly and easily:

  1. Variant Exchange

    • Swap for a different size, color, or model of the same product

    • Perfect for Apple/Samsung band sizing adjustments

  2. Product Exchange

    • Exchange for a different item entirely (same price range)

    • Ideal if you changed your mind and want something else

You can complete the entire exchange process in just a few clicks — no emails, no waiting.

Customer Return Terms:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping 

  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt

  • For items over $75, we recommend adding shipping insurance

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns


💳 Refund Details

  • Refunds (when selected) are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

  • Items purchased using a discount code or promotion are eligible for store credit only

  • If your card is no longer active, your bank will reroute the refund automatically


🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return

  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go to their original payment method
